New products
The new Sterling Power pure sine converters are smaller and lighter than the previous generation. The new high-efficiency pure sine converters feature an output signal quality that makes them compatible with all electrical appliances and the ability to accept twice their rated power to ensure the start-up of appliances requiring high inrush current (electric motors, etc.). To facilitate their use, a control panel is available as an option. In addition, a USB socket is available to ensure the recharging of mobile devices.
This range of converters extends from 300 to 5000 watts and is available in 12 and 24 volts.
Whatever the type of habitat or vehicle in which the pure sinus converter will be placed, it will be necessary to take care to install it as close as possible to the battery or batteries.
A good section of Titanex HO7-RNF type cable must be adapted from the 12 V battery to the converter to avoid voltage drops.
In addition, an ANL fuse will be installed to protect the autonomous electrical installation and an isolated circuit breaker to cut the electrical circuit during a prolonged absence and to safeguard the battery from any current leakage.
