This solar controller MPPT 20 A allows to optimize the output of solar panels. It is suitable for 12 V and 24 V installations (up to 260 W of panels in 12 V and 520 W in 24 V), it also has a three-phase charging cycle with temperature compensation.
This regulator has a particularly interesting format for the installation on board thanks to its reduced size case which will allow it to find its place easily. The pre-drilled side fins make it easy to attach. It has an excellent level of performance (conversion efficiency greater than 98%) and will optimize your solar installation in the best conditions.
Function | Optimization of the solar panels yield (20 to 30% gain) and complete and optimal recharge of the battery. Compact format that facilitates on-board installation. |
---|---|
Maximum power of the panels (12 V/24 V) | 260 W / 520 W. |
Maximum panel voltage at 25° C | 100 V. |
Led supervision system | Intuitive setting and easy monitoring thanks to a system of 3 leds to know the state of charge of the batteries. |
Setting of the type of batteries | 4 charge cycles available, including one for lithium batteries, allowing compatibility with all technologies. |
Charge cycle | Three-phase charge cycle with temperature compensation for optimal battery charging. Equalization cycle (depending on the type of batteries selected). |
Self-consumption | 0.12 W maximum. |
Temperature compensation | - 0.03 V / degree. |
Electrical protections | Reverse battery and solar panel polarity / Solar panel overproduction (limits the current to the nominal value of the controller) / Temperature. |
IP protection | IP32. |
Dimensions | 150 x 105,6 x 61,5 mm. |
Section in mm² of the terminal blocks | 4 x 10 mm² (two solar panel inputs and two battery outputs). |
Available options | Control panel, Bluetooth box and external temperature sensor (useful when the controller does not operate at the ambient temperature of the batteries). |
Weight | 0,65 kg. |
Theefficiency of MPPT technology on this range of controllers reaches 98%, and the additional technology of Multi Peak Tracking Technology allows to increase the production of the solar system in the case of a shadow partially projected on a panel.
