Single-phase H07-RNF cables for high power

This is a flexible industrial cable that is particularly resistant to vibrations. It can be used both in the engine hold (hydrocarbon resistant) and outside (UV and weather resistant). Its particularly robust sheath (this standard was originally designed for construction equipment) prevents any risk of cutting and guarantees a reliable electrical installation. This marine cable can be used for the whole electrical installation on board (starting circuit, engine recharge, distribution...).

The range is very wide (1 mm² to 95 mm² and exists in single or multi-conductor). This cable is approved by the maritime affairs for a use on a boat and on certain boats of transport with passenger.

Characteristics of the HO7-RNF cable:

  • Bare copper core, class 5
  • Cross-linked elastomer insulation, black color
  • Very good resistance to mechanical shocks
  • Softness and flexibility
  • Accidental chemical resistance
  • Watertightness-AD6
  • Maximum temperature on the core + 60°C in mobile, 85°C in fixed and protected
  • 200°C in short circuit
  • Ambient temperature of use -25°C to 55°C
  • Resistant to oils and hydrocarbons
  • Complies with NFC-32-102-4, IEC 245-4 modified HD22-4 and IEC 60245-4

Installation: The marine cable with high mechanical properties is very flexible, making it easy to work with. The passage of cables in tight spaces is facilitated by its exceptional flexibility. The H07-RNF marine cable accepts a dynamic bending radius of 6 to 8 times its outer diameter.

The H07-RNF cable is also available in multiple conductors to complete a boat electrical installation. The letter G in a cable section means that a yellow and green ground wire is included in the set of conductors. Thus 3G1.5, means a multiconductor cable with 3 conductors of 1.5mm² each, one of which has the color yellow and green, this color represents the grounding.
