Reliable, fast delivery is an essential link between your choice of products and their installation. Depending on the type of product and the delivery times required, we ship your parcels using either the Colissimo postal service or the Geodis carrier. Postal delivery takes 48 working hours, while Geodis delivery takes 24 hours. Both solutions enable us to send you a tracking number for your order on the day of shipment.
However, our commitment does not end with the tracking number. For your convenience, in the event of a lost or misdelivered parcel, we intervene directly with our carriers to find a solution.

Orders placed before 11am are dispatched the same day. We normally have products in stock in our Saint Malo warehouse, to guarantee rapid delivery. For products that are not in stock, we will inform you of the delivery times and, in the event of incompatibility with your project, we will refund 100% of your payment within 72 hours on simple request.

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. Particular attention is paid to fragile items.
For your information, Seatronic does not make any margin or profit on the delivery of orders. The participation fee covers only part of the costs invoiced by the carriers.
