The most common application is when you have solar panels that recharge the service fleet and you also want to use these panels to maintain the starter battery during winter periods to keep it in perfect condition.

This device cannot act as a charger since the power it transmits is limited (1.5A for 24V and 3A for 12V) even if it is sufficient to maintain the batteries.
It should be noted that some models can convert the voltage and ensure the maintenance of 24V battery packs from 12V packs and vice versa.
