QUASI-SINE CONVERTER

The latest generation of Power Q converters (over 350 watts) stands out for its style. The aluminum casing is particularly robust and efficiently dissipates heat. This new range of converters takes up 40% less space than the previous generation, and features variable-speed fans to keep noise to a minimum.
Other features remain identical to the previous version, with excellent efficiency (between 85 and 95% depending on temperature). They are also protected against reverse polarity at the input and against short-circuits at the output. These converters are available in 12 or 24V versions.
Other features:

• Thermal protection
• Battery protection against deep discharge (cut-off at 10.5v).
• Overload protection
• The power given is the rated power, and they are able to accept peak powers of 50% to 100% of their capacity, particularly useful for starting electric motors (see table below).
• From 1000 watts upwards, the converters are supplied with a remote control to manage ignition and give status indications (on/off, overtemperature and overload alarms).
